Esta máquina se instaló nueva en 2017 en Toluca, se usó solo para ejecutar pruebas.

El producto final es una pequeña botella de PVC termoformada con producto líquido (o cremas) en el interior. Los moldes / herramentales no están incluidos en la venta.

Esta máquina es una formadora y sopladora de PET, que usa 2 capas de PET para formar una botella y luego llena la mini botella con líquido y la sella.

Salida: 30 ciclos / min hasta 18.000 dosis unitarias / hora

To produce unit-doses in plastic thermoformable materials for liquid and semi-liquid products.

This machine was installed new in 2017 in Toluca but never used. Was used only to run tests.

Final product is a small thermoformed PVC bottle with liquid Product (or creams) inside. Molds/tooling are not included in the sale.

This machine is a PET former and blower, using 2 layers of PET to form a bottle and them filling the mini bottle with liquid and seal it

Output: 30 cycles/min up to 18.000 unit-doses/hour

Packaging materials: PET/PE, PET/EVOH/PE, PS/PE, PS/EVOH/PE, PVC/PE, PVC/PVDC/PE, PVC/PVDC/PP, PET/PP, etc.
