Seiko FRW 1250 NM 12 headed Rotary Stainless Steel Plastic Bottle Filling and Capping Machine

Item 1, Seiko FRW 1250 NM 12 headed Rotary Stainless Steel Plastic Bottle Filling and Capping Machine, is designed to fill plastic Eye wash bottles with 60, 90, 240, 320, or 420 ml of Eyewash solution, prior to be capped with a screw headed 30 mm diameter x 40mm tall swaged top white plastic cap, under the integrated 4 headed screw cap capping machine.
Guaranteed Filling / Capping Speed capacity of 60 Plastic Bottles / Min for 360 ml sized Bottles.
The Machine was designed to Fill / Cap 120ml / 250ml / 360ml Plastic Bottles at a Speed range of 20 – 60 Bottles / Min, with a Fill Volume range of 100 – 500g Gross Weight, as can be seen from the a attached copies of the OEM Seiko Weight Filling Machine Spec, which also states that it a had built in CIP Auto wash-down facility when changing from one product to another.
The Machine is supplied with the Infeed slat conveyor screw timing unit, and rotary infeed sprocket change parts to accommodate the 5 off sets of bottles, see 4 off photograghed samples dimensioned below, that it is designed to handle.
90 ml = 45 mm diameter x 95 mm high, 240 ml = 55mm diameter x 160 mm high, 320 ml = 65 mm diameter x 195 mm high, and the maximum 420 ml = 75 mm diameter x 230 mm high
This combined Seiko Bottle filling and Capping machine measures externally 2900 x 2350 x 2900 mm high

Manually loaded 30 mm diameter x 40 mm tall swaged top white plastic cap Elevator unit is fitted with a 100 mm wide x 2450 mm high discharge height Flighted Belt, which feeds the caps into an overhead mounted 600 mm diameter x 150 mm deep Vibratory bowl feeder, which feeds the sorted caps via a 40 x 25 mm gravity feed shute into the adjacent mounted Seiko Capping machine head
This combined Seiko Cap Hopper, Elevator, and Vibratory Bowl Feeding machine measures externally 2650 x 1300 x 2950 mm high

Item 3, Plastic Bottle Conveyor Infeed and Buffering unit, is fitted with 80 mm wide x 900 mm high side guided Slatted belt conveyor, and a side mounted 400 mm diameter spiral buffering unit, plus an infeed side mounted screw bottle spacing unit.
