The Capsule Machine model SE JONG, model SF-135N with serial
number 08096 is manufactured in 2007 by Sejong Phrmatech, mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman";

has been in operational until December 2011.
The Capsule
Machine, SF-135N should be operating continuously within the operational
setting range. SF-135N is the machine which includes the operational part and
mechanical parts. The maximum capacity for powder filling is up to
135,000cap/hr.
The
operation process consists of 12 cycles. The capsules are fed through the
feeder and the cap and body capsules are separated through vacuum effect. The
tamping part is composed of 6 stations. From 1st to 5th station, the powder
would be tamped. Then, at 6th station, pressed powder would be filled into the
capsule (body). The closed capsules are discharged through the discharging
chute. The remaining powder on the segments would be sucked out through the
dust collecting line.
