Equipment Description
SOLPAC PACKAGING SOLUTIONS SP-8S-285 Bagging Machine
The machine is designed for easy control and simple operation as well as being highly qualified for production.
The heat-sealed laminated bag is in the front of the machine.
When a bag is detected by the magazine sensor, the vacuum bag loader transfers a bag to the gripper. The bag is carried around by a rotating gripper (or clamp) and then opened to be filled with product, fully sealed and shipped.
The machine works with Alternating Current and the motor with a differential mechanism and a chain connection.
The timing of each movement is controlled by a cam mechanism.
The variable speed is controlled by an inverter.
The construction of the base is stainless steel based and welded suitable for contact with food.
Bag Size: L 150-420; W 90-285 (mm).
Film material: Laminated film.
Sealing: Constant heat sealing.
Mechanism: Internal rotary motion.

Cuando una bolsa es detectada por el sensor de almacén, el cargador de la bolsa de vacío transfiere una bolsa a la pinza. La bolsa es transportada alrededor por un sujetador (o pinza) rotatorio y posteriormente se abre para ser llenada por el producto, sellada totalmente y despachada.
La máquina funciona con Corriente alterna y el motor con un mecanismo diferencial y una conexión de cadena.
El cronometraje de cada movimiento es controlado por mecanismo de levas.
La velocidad variable es controlada por un inversor.
La construcción de la base es a base de acero inoxidable y soldada adecuada para contacto con alimentos.
