Springboard Biopro 380 EX Incosep Automated Biodiesel Processor produces a cost-effective, environmentally sustainable alternative fuel. The biodiesel made can in most cases pass the ASTM test, allowing you to qualify for the first step to sell the fuel!
Turn oil feedstock into biodiesel. Commonly used oils include refined vegetable oils, such as as canola oil and soybean oil. Other oils often used include rapeseed, sunflower and palm oil.
Simply add oil, catalyst, methanol and sulfuric acid into the machine, press the start button and walk away! This unit has an installed INCOSEP, short for Induced Coalescense Separator, making it possible to make Biodiesel in a fraction of the time it normally takes.
This machine is made from high-quality 304 stainless steel and has been designed for minimal operator involvement. It has a patented logic controller that monitors everything with full built-in monitoring and fault protection. It is fully automatic and easy to use. From start to finish it can produce up to 100 gallons in 48 hours. It processes, washes and dries automatically.
Something extra special about this machine is it's ability to produce Biodiesel using something called the 80/20 method. This allows you to use the machine to create incredibly pure Biodiesel.
It even comes with it's own fueling pump complete with a nozzle for easy fueling. It can process both new and used oil and has been tested to handle the worst oil you can throw at it.
You can connect the machine directly to a pressurized water source, or use a static water source.

Please be aware this equipment is located in Brazil.
Brazilian laws for imports and exports are very specific and different from all other countries in South America. It’s therefore important to understand Brazil’s export regulations/policies to move goods across borders.
EquipNet’s Brazilian sellers never export equipment by themselves, which means they do not conduct transactions/business with foreign companies, only with Brazilian legal entities.
International buyers are responsible for hiring, by their own expenses, a trading company. This trading company is a Brazilian legal entity, duly registered with CNPJ (National Registry of Legal Entities) and RADAR (Registry and records of customs and customs-related agents).
The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
The international freight quote is also necessary for the transaction process. EquipNet is happy to provide support throughout this process. Please contact sales for more information.
