  • The machine is made by 2 under machines. The Machine No1 is a labelling unit where the vials is placed between tree rollers and turned in front of the label dispenser. The label is marked with batch information on the surface with the laser equipment. After the laser marking the label is going to be inspected with a vision system. The labeling is started with 2 hands bottom contacts.
    The Machine No2 is the Packaging system where the vials is placed in a carton with a leaflet and closed by an operator.
    After Packaging the carton it is laser marked with batch data and 2d matrix on the side. The carton is vision inspected after laser marking and before it running out of the machine it is also weight controlled, a check of the operator have remember to put in Leaflet and vial in the Carton.
  • The equipment has an indexing time of max. 3 seconds at the small products, which is equal to a production capacity of 1200 pieces/hour

  • La línea está hecha por 2 máquinas principales. La Máquina No1 es una unidad de etiquetado donde los viales se colocan entre los rodillos de los árboles y se giran frente al dispensador de etiquetas. La etiqueta está marcada con información de lote en la superficie con el equipo láser. Después del marcado láser, la etiqueta se inspeccionará con un sistema de visión. El etiquetado se inicia con contactos inferiores a 2 manos.
    La Máquina No2 es el sistema de Envasado donde los viales se colocan en una caja de cartón con un prospecto y son cerrados por un operador.
    Después de envasar la caja, se marca con láser con datos de lote y una matriz 2d en el lateral. La caja se inspecciona visualmente después del marcado con láser y antes de que se salga de la máquina también se controla el peso, una verificación del operador debe recordar colocar el prospecto y el vial en la caja.
  • El equipo tiene un tiempo de indexación de máx. 3 segundos en los productos pequeños, lo que equivale a una capacidad de producción de 1200 piezas/hora.

      SMV Automatik Base Frame
    • The Base frame (height adjustable worktables) will be adjustable from under 800 mm. to over 1100 mm. with 6 Pcs. electrical actuators that are separately controlled with two buttons on the side of the table, the op and down control have no connection with the machine control, it is recommended not to produce with the machine while moving the table up or down.
    • The electrical cabinets are mounted underneath the table plate. All signs on the table are bilingual in English and Danish language.

    • The dispenser is a Pfankuch Horizontal friction feeder. The magazine, if empty, is loaded by an operator beyond the “low level” sensor. The leaflet magazine can contain 600 pre-folded 7-page leaflets corresponding 20 minutes of production (capacity: 30 leaflets/min.). The leaflet magazine is monitored for nearly empty or empty. The dispenser is equipped with its own signal lamps, red, yellow and green. Status of the dispenser is transferred to the main signal lights on the machine.
    • The pharma code of the leaflet(s) (up to 3) is verified with a SICK pharma code scanner. It is possible to enter a pharmacode parameter. If the pharmacode is wrong the equipment must stop and the operator must remove leaflet manually. When dispensing more than one leaflet, an interlock must be in place to secure that only one leaflet is dispensed at the time.     • The Carton transfer module is the main function in the machine, to move the carton from operator to engraving and check stations.
    • The Carton Transfer module is a fixture which moves forward and backward guided with two Rails and Runner Blocks. A speed adjustable servomotor which turns the main shaft and a timing belt moves the fixture.
    • The whole fixture module moves up and down with an adjustable air cylinder.

    • The vision system inspect the quality of the laser-engraving, carton 2D matrix code, pre written text on the carton, and deliver a good/bad signal as the result of the vision inspection.
    • All mechanical adjustments e.g. focal length and focus can be locked mechanically and both light sources in vision systems are LED.
    • It is possible to enter a pharmacode parameter.
    • The vision systems must deliver a good/bad signal as the result of the vision inspection and appropriate action must be taken (reject/approval).
    • The vision system inspects the text with OCR/OCV vision technology. The vision OCR/OCV system is able to display all readings and acceptance results immediately when the line is running.
    • It is possible to configure the vision systems from the vision HMI (the same HMI as the other Modules use).
    • It is possible to display all measurements/settings on the HMI from the vision systems.
    • All critical actions performed via the vision HMI’s is protected by user name and password.
    • It is possible to display all measurements/settings from the vision systems.
    • The inspection is not affected on the light from the surroundings (ambient or artificial).
    • The vision station must be able to store at least the last 50 images of rejects.
    • Vision inspection area is min. 100 mm x 100 mm.
    • The pharmacode of the carton can also be verified with the vision system and the parameters of the pharmacode must be entered in the HMI. The vision system can also verified 2D Data matrix on the carton and it must be with a minimum print quality of value C according to ISO 15415.

    • When the Carton moves from the CheckWeigher to the outlet conveyor it has to be approved in the Reject/approved system before it goes out of the machine. A “carton approved” signal from the CheckWeigher and the vision module open the “gate” and the approved Carton will moves to the End-of-line table for packing. If the Carton doesn’t get the Approved signal from the vision and the CheckWeigher it moves sideways out to the reject draw. There is a Sensor to control that there is placed a Carton in the reject draw and another sensor check that a Carton came throw with the Conveyor.
    • The cover over the reject tray is transparent and it is possible to look down in the tray and see if there are cartons in it.

      Sistema De Aprobación Y Rechazo SVM Automatik
    • Cuando la caja se mueve de la verificadora de peso al transportador de salida, debe ser aprobada en el sistema de rechazo/aprobado antes de salir de la máquina. Una señal de "caja aprobada" de la controladora de peso y el módulo de visión abren la "compuerta" y la caja aprobada se moverá a la mesa de fin de línea para empacar.     • The laser printer is mounted directly on the dispenser, as a single unit. The laser can be adjusted, to fit the writing area on the label. The laser will print while the label is fixed, i.e. between two labellings, which gives the best print quality. There will be a few labels between the printer and the dispensing edge. These labels must be removed by the operator at the line clearance process. The dispensing edge is extended, to make the best working space.
