DESCRIPTION:
20 station filling and capping line with labeling machine. Dosing and capping machine for liquid-dense-creamy products.

MAIN FEATURES:
From the conveyor the bottles enter the transport star and with alternating movement controlled by rotoblock enter the dosing station. The feeding of the cap or under cap takes place via a vibratory feeder. The cap from the insertion station is placed on the bottle. Once the cap is positioned in the next station, the screwing takes place with a magnetic friction head. The next station provides for the control of the cap presence with automatic rejection of the defective bottles without stopping the machine. The electrical equipment is controlled by PLC with inverter on all motors. The filled bottle is transported by a belt to the exit.
The format installed on the machine is for 10 ml bottles, with 25 mm diameter a 26 mm capping head.

The line consists of the following groups: rotating table for loading containers at the entrance, rotating star with 20 stations, screwing unit, vibratory feeder for caps - 3 Master, product doser, labeller, rotating unloading table at the exit
