Equipment Description

Tenco Machinery Ltd. Enolmaster Filler

The Enolmaster Professional Vacuum Bottle Filler for wine, cider (non-carbonated) and other Still liquids - is constructed entirely of AISI 316 and AISI 304 stainless steel and is outfitted with four high-efficiency, highly accurate stainless steel filling nozzles. Using vacuum operated filling, the product is bottled while maintain its original quality. When placing the bottle under the machine, the fluid is drawn by the vacuum created inside it, without any contact between the product and pumps or mechanical components. Enolmaster fills about 600 bottles an hour (750ml), in perfect hygienic conditions and with no product spillage. The filling level is adjustable; once selected, it automatically fills the bottle to the desired level. In addition, the tank from which the fluid is taken for bottling can be placed up to 4 meters below the unit.

Llenadora Tenco Machinery Ltd. Enolmaster

La llenadora de botellas al vacío profesional Enolmaster para vino, sidra (no carbonatada) y otros líquidos sin gas está construida completamente de acero inoxidable AISI 316 y AISI 304 y está equipada con cuatro boquillas de llenado de acero inoxidable de alta eficiencia y alta precisión. Mediante el llenado al vacío, el producto se embotella manteniendo su calidad original. Al colocar la botella debajo de la máquina, el fluido es aspirado por el vacío que se crea en su interior, sin que exista contacto entre el producto y las bombas o componentes mecánicos. Enolmaster llena unas 600 botellas por hora (750ml), en perfectas condiciones higiénicas y sin derrames de producto. El nivel de llenado es ajustable; una vez seleccionado, llena automáticamente la botella hasta el nivel deseado.
