TGW Best conveyor assorted conveyor - BRTB32572 Conveyor: We used this sorter to unload containers. We'd place cartons on the conveyor with the bar code facing forward. As a carton pass by the fixed scanner it would assign a lane to that lot. We'd predetermine which carton labels would go for inspection, stock and picking area and/or the warehouse. The system would send it down the correct lane. If a label was damaged or unreadable. It would go down a rejection lane where we'd reprint that carton label bar code and put it back on the line to be scanned and sorted. Once the last carton of a lot when down the assigned lane a light would come on to indicate all carton's were received. The pallets would be hauled to the correct area and the lane would be come available again. With this system we went from 2 - 2.5 hours per container to 40 minute to an hour and from 2 - 3 containers a day to up to 6. Since the lots were accounted for. The inventory would be inspected, stocked or put away in the warehouse while the container was still being unloaded. The scanning process would enter the inventory into our system once a lot was complete. Most of the conveyor's are on pallets and strapped. The belt and the computer that container programs for the former owners needs is not included.

Please be aware this equipment is located in Brazil.
Brazilian laws for imports and exports are very specific and different from all other countries in South America. It’s therefore important to understand Brazil’s export regulations/policies to move goods across borders.
EquipNet’s Brazilian sellers never export equipment by themselves, which means they do not conduct transactions/business with foreign companies, only with Brazilian legal entities.
International buyers are responsible for hiring, by their own expenses, a trading company. This trading company is a Brazilian legal entity, duly registered with CNPJ (National Registry of Legal Entities) and RADAR (Registry and records of customs and customs-related agents).
The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
The international freight quote is also necessary for the transaction process. EquipNet is happy to provide support throughout this process. Please contact sales for more information.
