Unused Fryma Koruma VE VI Vacuum Deaerator
The machine was built for a cleaning paste, but can be used for food products, cosmetics and other chemical products.
A typical VE VI has a capacity range of: 6,000-30,000kg/hr. However, this machine was built with a larger pump so the capacity is increased to approximately 9,000-60,000kg/hr.
The machine VE-VI (ATEX) is used to produce a pasty cleaning compound (HDL white base). A small quantity of ethanol is added to the cleaning compound during production. The intended use of the machine VE-VI (ATEX) is the degasification of the produced cleaning compound.
A DN 100 pipe continuously feeds the product to be treated from the pre-processing equipment onto a distributor/centrifugal disc inside the processing vessel of the machine VE-VI (ATEX).
This centrifugal disc is raised on the edge with an integrated screen. Centrifugal force pushes the product through the screen. This removes gas particles from the product. The gas particles are subsequently sucked off with a vacuum pump.
The degassed product runs down along the inner wall of the processing vessel. It is collected at the bot-tom and a pump continuously discharges it to the next station (pipe, storage container, filling system).
The process control ensures that the processing vessel is continuously about half full after a batch is started and the product is being fed. The available free volume for degassing is then approximately 1200 liters.
The machine is supposed to treat 9 to 62 m³/hour(36.49 Cubic ft/min).
The machine VE-VI (ATEX) is a stationary machine installed outdoors. The vacuum pump is mounted on top of the accompanying welded base frame.
The processing vessel is a single-walled stainless steel container with a total volume of 2,500 liters.
The processing vessel is designed as a pressure container for -1 bar to +5 bar.
Speed Range: 375 to 900 rpm.
Machine weight: 4650kgs.
