Fully automatic syringe-filling and -sealing machine
Able to process nested disposable syringes from nearly all manufacturers.
Operates with 5 or 10 lanes and offers a maximum output of 10,500 or 22,500 syringes per hour.
Operator Debagging and lid - liner removal station
Barrier isolator
10 Head piston style filling
Dual vibratory feed bowls for stoppers (each is supplying a five lane stopper track)
The syringes are filled while in the nest out of the tub 10 pieces per index
After filling and stoppering the nest is placed back in the tub
Automatic reject on machine discharge for tubs that were not correctly processed
Line was running 0.5ml Litepack syringes with a 160 piece tray size at an approximate throughput of 22,500 pieces per hour
1ml and 3ml SCF-BD Hypack syringes with a 100 piece count per tub using the same 1-3ml BD stoppers as the Litepack syringes
The approximate output of the 1 and 3ml syringes is 18,000 per hour / 300 per minute (depending on application)
