Faulty 2004 Atlas 105 sq ft CS Shell & 316SS Tube Condenser, Vertical, Single Pass, 112 Tubes, Shell & Tube Rating: 150FV@350, NB# 9920, 12"OD X 60"SS, 890lbs. Please note that this heat exchanger failed a hydro test and pressure test.

  4. It is agreed that JJSI, Merck - MMD - Rahway (Bldg 82 Factory 12) and its affiliates are included as Additional Named Insureds
  5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, Merck - MMD - Rahway (Bldg 82 Factory 12), and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
  6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
  7. Certificate holder is JJSI and Merck - MMD - Rahway (Bldg 82 Factory 12)
  8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
