The Service Factor is 1.15. The motor Frequency is 60 Hz. The Mounting is a Rigid type. The Full Load Amps are 69.0/34.5. The motor Meets NEC Hazardous Atmosphere Class 1 Group D and Class 2 Groups F and G codes.

Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
Certificate holder is JJSI and Charles E. Lakin Enterprises-
Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
