316L Stainless steel 700 Litre Jacketed Vegetable Gelatine Mixer Melter Vessel No 4
Item 1, The Gelatine Melter / Blender unit is fitted with a domed top, fitted with a central Gate Stirrer Mixer Drive shaft, which is driven by the Overhead mounted Drive unit. Around the front of this Domed vessel top are mounted; 3 x 50mm, 1 x 35mm Pressure Gauge, 4 x 25mm diameter Inlets, plus a 100mm diameter Inspection Window and internal wiper, a 80mm diameter lamp, and a 200mm diameter safety grilled, hinged, interlocked Inspection Door.
The Gelatine Melter / Blender unit is supported on 3 side lugs from the surrounding Mezzanine floor. Its domed bottom is fitted with a central pneumatically actuated 100mm diameter butterfly valved Outlet, at a height of 1.77m above the lower Drum mounted floor scales.
This Gelatine Melter / Blender unit measures 2.1 x 2 x 2.4m high, and weighs approx 5000 Kgs
Item 2, Ground Floor S/s wardrobe style double door Main Control Panel, which measures 1.3 x 0.4 x 1.85m high, and weigh approx 300 Kgs.
