This Pre-mix Batch Weighing machine is mounted on 3 Floor mounted Load cells, and contains in its 850 Inside diameter x 1200mm straight side S/s Mixing Vessel a Steam heated coil, and a Hi-speed Top mounted Veenstra mixer.
The Autoweigher is fed by all the liquid glucose ingredient by a pumped jacketted 3" S/s pipe, the water by a 1" supply pipe, and the Isomalt by a 150 diameter screw feeder.
The mixed batch of pre-mix is discharged via a bottom mounted actuated valved drain pipe, and pumped by a 2" SSP Lobe pump into the Premix Mixing tank.
The Autofeed is controlled from a Frame attached Control panel that measures 0.9m x 0.4m x 1.1m high, and weighs 300 kgs.
