Equipment Description:

Advanzada Macroflex 6/12 Stainless steel mobile 100 Plastic Bottle per minute Filling system
  • Item 1, 12 headed S/s Mobile Variable speed Plastic Bottle lotion Filling M/c, is capable of filling 150 - 500ml plastic bottles at a rate of upto 100 bottles / minute.
  • The empty bottles enter the machine held vertically in their their plastic transfer Pucks on a 920mm high x 65mm wide Side guided Slat Infeed Conveyor, and are pushed up against an end stop. The bottles are then pushed sideways 12 at a time onto the Discharge Slat conveyor under the lowering Filling M/c's Filling nozzles / bottle top restraints. Once filled the Filling nozzles / restraints are lifted away, and the filled bottles leave the machine vertically via the 65mm wide x 920mm high Discharge Slat Conveyor.
  • The Advanzada Macroflex 6/12 Stainless steel mobile Filling Machine measures 2.75 x 1.1 x 1.7m high, and weighs approx 1000 Kgs.
  • Items, 2 & 3, 2 off Advanzada G12 1000 S/s Mobile 6 headed Pumping units, which are each fitted with a set of 6 adjustable stroke length S/s Piston type pump heads, linked to a common overhead S/s lidded Lotion feed hopper which measures 700 x 300 x 250mm deep. These units are each supported on 4 lockable swivel castors.
  • These 2 off Advanzada S/s Mobile 6 headed Pumping units, each measure 1.1 x 0.9 x 2.1m high, and weigh approx 600 Kgs each.
  • Item 4, Advanzada Macroflex 6/12 Filling system, Pedestal type Stand alone Control Panel, complete with Omron Variable speed inverters, measures 0.8 x 0.6 x 1m high, and weighs approx 300 Kgs.
