Equipment Description:

Advanzada Stainless steel framed clear macralon guarded 100 Lotion Bottles per minute De pucker unit

Used for removing the lotion bottles from the transfer puck units, and passing the suspended bottles in front of an ink jet date coding machine.

The The De-pucking conveyor is 1500mm long, and its bottle neck grip width can be manually adjusted by handwheel fitted with a dial indicator from 0 to 90mm apart, and the height of the de-pucker conveyor can be also manually adjusted by handwheel fitted with a dial indicator from a height from the ground of 1000 to 1200mm high.

The 2 off De-pucker gripper belts are driven by a common overhead variable speed drive unit, and the machine is surrounded by tinted macralon covers and doors.

The machine is controlled by a top end mounted manual Operator control panel, controlled from a lower opposite end mounted control panel fitted with an Omron Variable speed Inverter unit
