Equipment Description:

Arenco Arencomatic AM2000 Tube Filler

This machine was purchased to run some pilot batches of cream. It runs metal tubes with a saddle fold or it can produce a tri-fold seal. It has 1 new stainless steel hopper (cone style), new cams, followers and levers. Applies a double sided embossed code. This machine has a dual tube loading station and dual filling station. We used only one filler and hand loaded tubes. The tube loading station has the linkage disconnected currently. Spare parts for this machine will include: pucks for 1” (3), 1-1/4” (15), 1-3/8” (8), 1-5/8” (39) 10 are damaged, 1-3/4”(25), and 2” (29). Parts also include 2 complete pumps, 2 hoppers (1 coned and 1 barrel style), 1 hopper plug, nozzles and fill tubes for 1200cc, 1 for 1500cc, and 2 larger for unknown size, misc cards for drive, misc bearings, seals, and cam followers, misc large springs, and nozzle filters.
