BPT Skerman 316L Stainless steel 1350 Litre Jacketed Vegetable Gelatine Mixer Melter Vessel No 3
Item 1, The Gelatine Melter / Blender unit is fiited with a domed top, fitted with a central Gate Stirrer Mixer Drive shaft, which is driven at 50 RPM by the Overhead mounted Drive unit. Around the front of this Domed vessel top are mounted; 2 x 100mm, 1 x 70mm, 2 x 50mm, 2 x 25mm diameter Inlets, plus a 120mm diameter Inspection Window with lamp and internal wiper, and a 200mm diameter safety grilled, hinged, interlocked Inspection Door.
The Vessel Design Pressure rating is Full Vacuum to 0.5 Bar at 100 degrees C, Test Pressure = 2.2 Bar, the Hot water Jacket Design Pressure rating is Full Vacuum to 3 Bar at 100 degrees C, Test Pressure = 5.3 Bar
The Gelatine Melter / Blender unit is supported on 3 side lugs which are supported on 3 off Live Loadcells from the surrounding Mezzanine floor. Its domed bottom is fitted with a central 100mm diameter manually valved Outlet, at a height of 1.4m above the lower Drum mounted floor scales.
This Gelatine Melter / Blender unit measures 2.3 x 2.2 x 3.3m high, and weighs approx 7000 Kgs
Item 2, Mezzanine Level S/s wall mounted Operator Control / VDU Panel, which measures 500 x 250 x 600mm high, and weighs approx 50 kgs.
Item 3, Ground Floor mounted S/s wardrobe style double door Main Control Panel, which measures 1.4 x 0.55 x 2.05m high, and weigh approx 400 Kgs.
Item 4, Ground Floor Level S/s wall mounted Operator Control / VDU Panel, which measures 500 x 250 x 600mm high, and weighs approx 50 kgs.
