DESCRIPTION:
Vial and ampoule filling equipment indicated for filling with liquid materials.

SECTORS OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

MAIN FEATURES:
Automatic single unit with every contact and moving part in stainless steel.
Suitable for filling vials with liqud material. Consists of a feeder unit, a group of blocking elements, a group of dosing components and of electronic control panel.
The incoming vials are fed throught the vibratory feeder and are transported forward in a guiding channel until the point where they are collected by the rotating doser unit.
At the filling section ampoules are rearranged and placed in perfect central position before the filling.
Once filled, the vials get out of the dosing section and start moving towards the discharge.
The electronic control panel includes also a PLC panel.
The machine is equipped with control and safety devices conform to norms.
The equipment is placed on wheels to make its displacement and collocation easier in the production lines.

  7. Certificate holder is JJSI and PROGITEC SRL
  8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
