Beken 50 P V AC Planetary Overhead Bowl Mixer with Vacuum vessel and 2 off Mobile 800 Litre Jacketted Mixing Bowls
Item 1, Beken 50 P/V AC Planetary Overhead Bowl Mixer, is designed to operate under vacuum with its lower positioned mobile 800 litre capacity water jacket heated Mixing Bowl. This is achieved by placing the Moxing Bowl under the Mixer head, clamping it in position, coupling up the flow and return jacket water connections, prior to lowering by 700mm the Beken Planetary Mixer head into Mixing Bowl, and opening the Vacuum valve from the rear mounted vacuum cylinder, and then starting the Mixing Process. the Beken Mixer measures 1.7 x 1.4 x 2.4m high, sits on a 120mm high floor plinth, and weighs approx 7000 kgs.
Item 2, 300mm diameter x 700mm high Vacuum vessel, mounted on 3 legs, and fitted with 25mm diameter flexible Vacuum hose quick release connectors. Weighs approx 200 kgs.
Items 3, & 4, Mobile Jacketted Beken Mixer 800 Litre Capacity Mixing Bowls, each fitted with a front side mounted manual 50mm diameter x 350mm high poppet type discharge valve. Each Mixer Bowl measures internally 600mm diameter x 700mm deep, and is mounted on 3 swivel castors. Each Mixer Bowl measures 1.1 x 1 x 1.03m high, and weighs approx 500 Kgs
