  • The feedstocks are: Palm Oil, Jatropa, used Cooking Oil, and Vegetable Oil
  • the raw materials are brought into the factory by truck
  • the finished product is delivered to the customer by truck
  • Process description:
  • This kind of biodiesel comes from chemical reaction between (used) vegetable oil or animal fat and alcohol (methanol or ethanol) with some catalyst. Normally, the composition of vegetable oil consists of free fatty acid, phospholipids , sterols , water and diluted substance. To tranform it into the fuel oil need some chemical process to modify itself molecular structure.
  • Called Transesterification process (or Alcoholysis) to transform the structure of Triglycerides into Mono alkyl Ester eg. Methyl Ester or Ethyl Ester and Glycerine or Glycerol.
  • Capacity:300,000 litres/day

    (B100) Blending into petro diesel is common such as B5 is 5% biodiesel to 95% petro-diesel and B20 is 20% biodiesel to 80% petro-diesel
  • The design and building of the complete biodiesel processing systems meets all recognized standards including EN 14214

    5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, Asia Biotech CO.,LTD. - Samutsakorn, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
    6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
    7. Certificate holder is JJSI and Asia Biotech CO.,LTD. - Samutsakorn
    8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
