The DEA requires at least 15 business days after payment has been received for this notification to occur before the press can be released for shipment.   5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, CsLiq Corporation- Lundbeck Copenhagen, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
  6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
  7. Certificate holder is JJSI and CsLiq Corporation- Lundbeck Copenhagen
  8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
