Branson 900 Series Ultrasonic Plastic Welder

The Branson 900 Series Integrated Welders are selfcontained ultrasonic plastics assembly systems that combine power supply, controls, indicators, and welding stand in a compact bench unit to conserve work space, ease setup, simplify operation, and facilitate relocation. The integrated welder is the ideal “entry level” system for new users of the technology and those with lower production requirements.

  2. General/product liability meets limits required for assets being purchased
  3. Worker’s compensation liability meets required limit
  4. It is agreed that JJSI, Baxter Healthcare Corporation - Round Lake and its affiliates are included as Additional Named Insureds
  5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, Baxter Healthcare Corporation - Round Lake, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
  6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
  7. Certificate holder is JJSI and Baxter Healthcare Corporation - Round Lake
  8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
