Equipment Description:

DESCRIPTION:

Automatic continuous motion cartoning machine with horizontal transport of cases and with the quick format change.
The machine is equipped with displaying device for controlling material on tray, controlling presence of product, cases, and packed product. Electric security device on the product pusher. Plexiglas protection with electric security device. Easily accessible emergency buttons. Automatic stop display.

MAIN FEATURES:

Automatic cartoning machine suitable for the packing of a wide product range from single to multiple products, pilable and non, with sealing of case flaps at both or alternate ends. Compact size and high efficiency make this machine ideal for any packaging line of blisters, strips, boxes, bottles, bags, squeezable tubes or rigid, bags, soaps and other products of various kinds.. Carton reject system. Mounted on height adjustable legs.

Material used: compact cardboard boxes with a weight ranging from 220-400 g/m2 creased and glued. Clasp type: slotted or hot glue.

Possibility of closing cases: case with interlocking flaps on same side from down / up; case with interlocking flaps on alternated sides from moving side closed down / flap from the fixed side closed down; case with four flaps glued and closed down.

The format currently installed on the cartoner is for squeezable aluminum tubes and for the following dimensions: diameter tubes - 13-50 mm, height tube with stopper - 50-250 mm. The machinery has worked in line with a tube filler.
