Equipment Description:

CAM L30/8 Stainless steel automated 8 Headed 50 Bottles per minute Liquid Filling System, Left to Right action, CE Rated.
  • Item 1, The CAM L30/8 Filling Machine was used to fill at throughput of 50 Bottles / minute at Avon, Poland, but has a rated filling capacity of upto 8000 bottles / hour = 133 bottles / minute for 50cl filling volumes.
  • The plastic bottles to be filled with liquid enter the machine vertically on the side guided 900 +/- 50mm high Infeed Slat Conveyor to the 8 headed filling area, where the the bottles are clamped by the top neck clamps 8 at a time prior to the filling tubes being lowered into them to fill them with liquid. The filling liquid is pumped from 8 off rear mounted dedicated adjustable piston pumps linked to the common 80mm diameter S/s Liquid Infeed manifold. Once the Plastic bottles are filled the filling tubes are lifted away, the neck clamps withdrawn, and the bottles released to discharge via the side guided 900 +/- 50mm high Outfeed Slat Conveyor.
  • The machine is fully guarded by S/s framed and hinged macralon interlocked door guards.
  • The machine is controlled by means of a swinging cantilever supported Operator Control panel fitted with a Pro-face VDU unit, linked to the remote Stand alone S/s Control Panel, plus a S/s post mounted remote control panel.
  • The CAM L30/8 Filling Machine measures 2.5 x 0.85 x 2m high, and weighs 650 Kgs.
  • Item 2, Stand alone S/s Pedestal type Control Panel, measures 0.9 x 0.5 x 1.05m high, and weighs approx 150 Kgs.
  • Item 3, CAM L30/8 Liquid Filling Machine Pump and Changeparts Pallet, consists of S/s Air Diaphragm 50mm diameter ported Liquid delivery Pump, a S/s 60 Litre Liquid Feed Vessel, which measures 400mm diameter X 500mm Straight side depth, fitted with a loose flat top lid, domed bottom with 50mm diameter central outlet, mounted on 3 legs, plus a number of Filling Machine Changeparts.
  • Supplied with the original OEM Manuals and Drawings.
