Equipment Description:

Ceram 1500 Litre Stainless Steel Coned Powder Pre mix weighing Feed Hopper, manufactured in 1987, for weighing Paracetomol and Minor Hand loaded powder pre-mix mixtures, which passes through the 4th Floor of Tower 1, and is mounted on 3 off Side Lugs, mounted on Loadcells, supported off a 3 legged low level surrounding S/s frame, off the surrounding 4th floor.
  • The 950mm diameter flat hopper top is fitted with 2 off 250mm inlets, the top one being fed on demand via flexible couplings with the Rotary Feeder metered Paracetomol powder, and the angled side one being fed with Hand loaded minor ingredients via a 250mm diameter acutated butterfly valve. Additionaly the hopper flat top is fitted with a 25mm diameter CIP feed, a 500mm diameter top mounted explosion membrane, and a 150mm diameter S/s venting pipe.
  • The 950mm diameter hopper has a straight side of 1500mm, prior to to coning down through the 3rd floor to a 250mm diameter over a vertical height of 1100mm. On the coned side of the hopper is fitted a 230v/1/50Hz 2750 RPM Vibrator unit.
  • Under the 250mm hopper coned base outlet is fitted a 250mm actuated butterfly valve, which allows the discharge on demand of the Pre-weighed Paracetomol and Minor Hand loaded ingredients powder mixture into the 3rd floor mounted Lodige Mixer, see Listing No 246715.
