Equipment Description:

Ceram 2 off 2000 Litre Stainless Steel Coned Powder Pre mix weighing Feed Hoppers, Tower 2, manufactured in 1990. Used for weighing Sodium Bicarbonate and Citric Acid powder pre-mix mixtures, and Paracetomol and pre-mixed Minor Powder Ingredients, which then pass through the 4th Floor of Tower 2, and are mounted on 3 off Side Lugs, mounted on Loadcells, supported off a 4 legged low level surrounding S/s frame, off the surrounding 4th floor.
  • The 1500mm diameter flat hopper top is fitted with 2 off 250mm inlets which are fed on demand via flexible couplings with the Rotary Feeder metered Citric Acid & Sodium Bicarbonate powder ingredients, and on the other hopper the Paracetomol and pre-mixed Minor Powder Ingredients. Additionaly each hopper flat top is fitted with a 25mm diameter CIP feed, a top hinged and clamped Inspection panel that measures 450 x 300mm, and a 150mm diameter S/s venting pipe
  • The 1500mm diameter hopper has a straight side of 1200mm, prior to to coning down through the 3rd floor to a 250mm diameter over a vertical height of 1900mm. On the coned side of the hopper is fitted a pneumatic Vibrator unit, using 6 Bar compressed air.
  • Under the 250mm hopper coned base outlet is fitted a 250mm actuated butterfly valve, which allows the discharge on demand of the Pre-weighed Citrix Acid and Sodium Bicarbonate powder mixture into the 3rd floor mounted Lodige Mixer, see Listing No 246727.
  • The Pre-mixed hopper operation is controlled from a wall mounted 600 x 500 x 1200mm high panel.
  • Please Note; This equipment will not be available for removal until Mid-2012 earliest.
