Equipment Description:
4 off Ceram 500 Litre Stainless Steel Coned and Vented Feed Hoppers, Tower 2, manufactured in 1990. They are used for storing Paracetomol, Citric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate, and Minor pre-mixed powders, which then pass through the 5th Floor of Tower 2, and each hopper is mounted on 3 off Side Lugs, supported from the surrounding 5th floor.
The 1400mm diameter flat hopper top is fitted with 2 off vibrating level probes, a 25mm diameter CIP feed, a top hinged and clamped Inspection panel that measures 250mm diameter, and a 1200 x 1200mm top mounted DCE Vokes Dalamatic Dust Extractor Filter unit, fitted with a side mounted hinged and clamped Inspection panel, that measures 450mm wide x 600mm high, and a 90 degree side mounted Explosion Relief Vent, that measures 600mm wide x 1100mm high.
The 1400mm hopper top cones down over 3700mm through the 5th floor in to a 250mm diameter outlet. On the top side of the coned hopper is fitted a 90mm diameter tangentially side mounted S/s product feed blowline. On the bottom of the coned side is fitted 2 off pneumatic Vibrator bridge breaker units, using 6Bar compressed air.
Under each of the hoppers 250mm coned base outlets is fitted a 250mm actuated butterfly valve, which discharges the various powders into each dedicated Rotaval HD 250, S/s Rotary Valve feeder unit. This 415/3/50/0.75Kw driven rotary valve meters the product into either of the 4th floor mounted 2 off Pre-mix S/s Hoppers on demand, see Listing No 246725.
The 4 off 500 Litre Pwder Feed Hoppers are all controlled from a common floor standing S/s Wardrobe style Control Panel, which measures 1m x 0.45m x 2.1m high, and weighs approx 300 Kgs.
Please Note; This equipment will not be available for removal until Mid-2012 earliest.
