Equipment Description:

Ceram TS3 Sieving and powder handling system, consists of a S/s coned floor standing Powder Hopper that feeds the pre-mixed powder into the Ceram Sieve, to sieved to a consistent size, prior to discharging into a S/s Mobile tub, mounted on top of a floor mounted weighscale. The operation all being controlled from a shared S/s floor mounted Control Panel cabinet, fitted with a dedicated Magelis Operator Interface control unit.
  • Item 1, S/s coned floor standing Powder Hopper, 900mm diameter x 700mm deep, fitted with a side mounted Sack/Drum emptying pneumatic lifting aid, an internal safety grill, under which is fitted a bottom mounted 0.75Kw motor driven bridgebreaker unit, that feed the powder into the inlet of the mouth of the 80mm diameter x 1500mm long plastic tubed S/s screwfeeder, driven by a 0.75 Kw drive, that is delivers the powder to the adjacent milling room where the Ceram Sieve is situated, mounted on its stand. The powder hopper measures 1.9 x 0.95 x 2.45m high, with the attached 1.4 x 0.55m wide Sack/Drum lifter raised, and weighs together with the attached screwfeeder approx 300 Kgs.
  • Item 2, S/s Ceram Sieve is driven by a 380v/3phase/50Hz 0.75Kw Drive, and is mounted on a 1.65m high S/s floor standing Frame. The Ceram Sieve has a removable S/s Internally mounted Auger / Scraper unit which measures 135mm in diameter and is 750mm long. The Ceram Sieve is connected on the Left Hand Side by a 130mm diameter quick-release connection to the Screwfeeder discharge. The Ceram Sieve has a central 300mm diameter tub filling discharge cone, that is 950mm height above the floor mounted weighscales. The Ceram Sieve & Stand maesures 1.9 x 0.95 x 2.45m high, and weighs approx 300 Kgs.
  • Item 3, Floor stand mounted S/s Rotaval HD 250 Rotary Valve unit, for taking Sieved powder from the the overhead 300mm diameter Sieve outlet via a removable shute into the unlidded 250mm diameter Rotary valve Inlet, for feeding out to the 80mm diameter S/s powder delivery blowline. This unit measures 0.65 x 0.8 x 0.7m high, and weighs approx 200 Kgs.
  • Item 4, Dedicated Ceram Sieve powder handling and sieving system S/s floor mounted Control / Magelis Operator Interface Panel, this single doored cabinet measures 0.8 x 0.45 x 2m high, and weighs approx 200 kgs.
