Chromolox 40 KW Hot Water System With APV Plate Heat Exchanger
  • Vertical heater connected with interconnecting piping to:
  • APV stainless steel plate style heat exchanger, rated 145 PSI @239 deg. C, serial no. 2005300300798
  • (2) Tru Flo valves, interconnecting piping
  • Sanitary stainless steel centrifugal pump, 2HP, 208/230/460/3/60
  • Wall mounted control panel

  • This system was installed when inventoried the week of June 27 2011. It has since been disassembled and removed from service and in storage

    5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, Unilever - Covington, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
    6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
    7. Certificate holder is JJSI and Unilever - Covington
    8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
