This boiler has less than 1,000 hours/year, it was used as a backup unit and was mostly used on weekends. The boiler has been out of service since 2000 and all of the utilities have been un hooked.

Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, ABBOTT VASCULAR INC. - TEMECULA, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
Certificate holder is JJSI and ABBOTT VASCULAR INC. - TEMECULA
Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
