  • 300 Gallon DeDietrich Glastor Storage Vessel, Horizontal (2)
  • Croll Reynolds Scrubber System, Packed Column, FRP

    5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, Clariant - Mt. Holly West Plant, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
    6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
    7. Certificate holder is JJSI and Clariant - Mt. Holly West Plant
    8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
