Located in Central Europe, this fully integrated 10,000 m2 fine chemical manufacturing plant currently produces a number of active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates. The facility holds all necessary permits to operate and has been approved by the US-FDA for the production of APIs.

    1. Insurance Certificate in name of buyer; buyer is an end user
    2. General/product liability meets limits required for assets being purchased
    3. Worker’s compensation liability meets required limit
    4. It is agreed that JJSI, Chemagis (Germany) GmbH - Wiesbaden and its affiliates are included as Additional Named Insureds
    5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, Chemagis (Germany) GmbH - Wiesbaden, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
    6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
    7. Certificate holder is JJSI and Chemagis (Germany) GmbH - Wiesbaden
    8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
