Complete Parenteral Line - TPM Total Parental Solutions

This is a semi-automatic line that was utilized in the following manner: The empty IV bags are placed into the transfer isolator by an operator. The bags are then gas sterilized by using the LaCalhene sterilizers. After sterilization, the transfer isolator is connected to the main isolator where the second operator in the half suit brings the sterilized items into the main isolator. The batches of product are mixed by hand in the main isolator that is also continuously sterilized by another LaCalhene sterilizer. The bags are then filled and sealed by hand. After filling they are moved back into the transfer unit and sterilized again. After the final sterilization cycle they are removed and hand packaged and prepared for shipment.
