Equipment Description:

Cozzoli Semi-Automatic Syringe Filling Machine
  • Includes foot pedal control
  • Was used to fill 2.25, 5 and 10 mL HyPak syringes.
  • It will do viscous materials, and we’ve run up to 10,000 centipoise.
  • The pistons are mechanical, and therefore pump exact volumes.
  • We made adjustments to a more rigid tubing for higher viscosity materials.
  • The speed was 100 2.25 mL syringes in a minute, but as it isn’t fully automatic there is down time between tubs.

    5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, Protherics Inc - Salt Lake City, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
    6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
    7. Certificate holder is JJSI and Protherics Inc - Salt Lake City
    8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
