Equipment Description:

Cruanas Hammer Mill and Rotary feeder system, is now stored in the BMS Agen Warehouse.

The Hammer mill is driven by a 15 Kw drive, for milling the cooled powder mixture being metered into it from the overhead S/s frame mounted Rotaval HD 200 S/s Rotary Feeder unit, S/No 002005.01.01.

The Hammer mill has a 200 x 250mm sized top Inlet flange and a 200 x 250mm bottom outlet flange.

The Hammer mill measures 1.15 x 0.45 x 0.6m high, and weighs approx 200 Kgs

The overhead Rotaval Rotary valve is fed from above a 200mm diameter S/s downpipe from the above 2nd floor mounted Cooler unit, and is driven by a 380v 3 Phase 50 Hz 0.75kw drive motor.

The Rotaval Rotary Valve is mounted on top of the S/s Hammer mill overhead support frame that measures 1.2 x 0.9 x 1.1m high, and weighs approx 200Kgs
