Equipment Description:

Item 1, ECI-Lussan, Refroidisseur Type 2500 Horizontal Rotary 316L Stainless Steel Jacketted Cooler, has its internal stirrer driven by a 18.5 Kw, 1455 RPM Drive motor, which is mounted on track so that it can be retracted 1100mm to allow internal cleaning and maintenance work. The machine measures 4.8 x 1.9 x 3m high, and weighs 6200 Kgs.
  • The 2500 Litre capacity Vessel is capable of handling pressures from -1 to a maximum of + 3 Bar, at Temperatures from -20 to a maximum of + 150 degrees C, when cooling the mixed powder, that has been fed into the vessel via its 250mm diameter S/s piped top inlet.
  • The 110 Litre capacity Jacket is capable of handling pressures of upto a maximum of + 3 Bar, at Temperatures from -20 to a maximum of + 150 degrees C, when cooling the mixed powder.
  • The dimple jacketed front door of the cooler, is supported by an overhead cantilever hinge support, and clamped shut via 12 front door clamps.
  • The Cooler discharges via a 350mm diameter central bottom actuated valve discharge, which is fitted with a 400mm diameter front facing hinged and clamped inspection door.
  • Item 2, ECI Refroidisseur Type 2500 Horizontal Cooler, Double Door Floor Standing Cabinet Control Panel, measures 1.2 x 0.65 x 2.1m high, and weighs approx 300 Kgs.
