Equipment Description:
Item 1, ECI-Lussan, Refroidisseur Type 2500 Horizontal Rotary 316L Stainless Steel Jacketted Cooler, has its internal stirrer driven by a 18.5 Kw, 1455 RPM Drive motor, which is mounted on track so that it can be retracted 1100mm to allow internal cleaning and maintenance work. The machine measures 4.8 x 1.9 x 3m high, and weighs 6200 Kgs.
The 2500 Litre capacity Vessel is capable of handling pressures from -1 to a maximum of + 3 Bar, at Temperatures from -20 to a maximum of + 150 degrees C, when cooling the mixed powder, that has been fed into the vessel via its 250mm diameter S/s piped top inlet.
The 110 Litre capacity Jacket is capable of handling pressures of upto a maximum of + 3 Bar, at Temperatures from -20 to a maximum of + 150 degrees C, when cooling the mixed powder.
The dimple jacketed front door of the cooler, is supported by an overhead cantilever hinge support, and clamped shut via 12 front door clamps.
The Cooler discharges via a 350mm diameter central bottom actuated valve discharge, which is fitted with a 400mm diameter front facing hinged and clamped inspection door.
Item 2, ECI Refroidisseur Type 2500 Horizontal Cooler, Double Door Floor Standing Cabinet Control Panel, measures 1.2 x 0.65 x 2.1m high, and weighs approx 300 Kgs.
