Equipment Description:

  • Interior Dimensions 48"x 36"x 61"
  • Allen Bradley Panel View 550 Digital Display
  • Double Sided Roll In Style
  • Micro Switch Sensors
  • Currently Set in a 20" Deep Drain Pit
  • Has a pre-vacuum cycle
  • There were very detailed semiannual and annual planned maintenance activities performed on this autoclave. Some of the work completed included changing the door gaskets, replacing steam traps, replacing diaphragm valves, check regulating and temperature valves, lubricating vacuum pump and door assembly. This work was performed by a qualified outside service contractor.
  • Instrumentation was calibrated by in-house Metrology Team on a 6 month and/or annual frequency depending on the classification of the instrument.
  • Preventative Maintenance / Calibration / Corrective Work Order records can be available for review if the interested party wishes to perform an onsite inspection but due to the volume of records we cannot send them via e-mail.
  • The controls are original to the unit; the autoclave is in very good condition and was operating satisfactory up to the December 2011 timeframe when it was shut down.
