Fuji 4200 H Intersleeve machine for the Automated Sleeving of Mascara tubes
  • This machine consists of an Mascara tube Automated Sleeving Machine linked directly to its End Clamping / Sleeved tube heat shrinking tunnel.
  • The Sleeve that is placed over the tube prior to heat shrinking measures 125mm long x 15mm diameter.
  • The Machine is controlled from an overhead swinging cantilever supported Operator Control panel, linked to the rear main PLC Control Panel.
  • This 2.6m high machine is already skidded on a common pallet that measures 4.1m x 1.7m wide, and it weighs in total approx 4000 Kgs.
  • Please Note; The Panel view unit is missing from the Operator Control Panel, and the PLC is missing from the Main Control Panel.
