GIUSTI vacuum mixing vessel with full profile scraped surface agitation and
contra rotating baffle plate motion. The main drive is from a 3 kw 1420 rpm
motor via a Carter "Ritespeed" 13.4:1 reduction and variable speed gearbox.
The bottom entry homogeniser is 7.5/5.5kw two speed 2900 & 1460 rpm.
The vessel is rated for full vacuum and also positive pressure. It has a two part
limpet coil type heating (or cooling) jacket, one part on the side section and the
other on the hemispherical base section, each with its own flanged connections.
It is rated for 6 bar and is fully lagged and rigid stainless clad. There are four
mounting brackets for steelwork or leg mounting. It is supplied complete with
temperature probe, vessel light & Edwards vacuum pump. Material of the vessel is
316 grade, ex Pharmaceutical industry. Age believed to be approx 1987/88.
The vessel internal dia. is 1360mm and total internal depth is 1300mm. Enclosed
volume is approx 1550 litres, working capacity approx 1200 litres.

  6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
  7. Certificate holder is JJSI and 3P Machinery
  8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
