1. If a scope of work for the removal is required for any of the listed equipment, the seller will review the scope of work for the removal of this equipment prior to the commencement of any work and the seller's approval of the scope of work will be a condition of the sale.

2.All removal services will be performed by Contractors which have been previously approved by seller.

3. Buyer is responsible for all removal costs including any costs pertaining to amendments of the original approved scope, if required.

4. Buyers will be required to review and sign the Seller's Surplus Sales Agreement, which will be provided for review upon request.

  4. It is agreed that JJSI, Bayer West Haven - Canton and its affiliates are included as Additional Named Insureds
  5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, Bayer West Haven - Canton, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
  6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
  7. Certificate holder is JJSI and Bayer West Haven - Canton
  8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
