Glatt, WSG 60 UD, Fluid Bed dryer system, rated to dry 60 kgs per hour, Sperical 1mm diameter pelleted product
  • Rated to produce 92,000 K Cal/Hour drying, via the Inlet Ducted Steam heated coil.
  • The machine is rated to have Working Pressure of 2 Bar, with an Explosion rating EX RLE of 3.2 Bar
  • The Ventilator = 18.5 Kwatts, Dampfdruck = 4 Bar, Druckluft = 6 Bar, and the Stainless Steel Drying chamber is 950mm in diameter x 2m high.
  • The Glatt Fluid Bed Dryer comes with 2 off Mobile Stainless Steel Dischage Filter Cones, Tagged 11140908, & 11140874, mounted on 4 wheeled trolleys, that taper from 980mm to 730mm internal diameter in there 400mm height, and measure externally 1.1m x 1.2m x 1.26m high, and weigh approx 100 kgs each, and can take a maximum drying batch size of 120 kgs of pelleted product.
  • The machine is heated via the rear ducted internally installed steam heating battery coil, and ventilated by the overhead ducting which is linked to the overhead plant-room situated twin ventilation fan unit.
  • The machine being controlled by a Stand alone wardrobe style Glatt control panel, Tag No 11140873, that measures 800mm x 600mm x 2150mm high, and weighs 300 kgs, and is fitted with a chart recorder unit.
