Equipment Description:

Gondhard 7500 Litre Stainless Steel Trough Paddle Blender
  • Item 1, The Blender is fitted with a flat interlocked cover lid, through which pass a 200mm Inlet pipe fed from the flexible jointed overhead piped Mezzanine mounted Hammer mill, a secondary 250mm diameter valved Inlet for another flexible jointed piped inlet for the overhead mezzanine manually added powder ingredients, and a 80mm diameter venting oulet pipe.
  • The Blender mixing paddle shaft is driven by an overhead mounted Drive mounted, which drives via a guarded triple belt pulley system the paddle drive shaft. The drive shaft being sealed by an overhead pressurised shaft sealing system.
  • The Blender body is mounted on 4 Loadcells, mounted off floor mounted metal support pads. These Loadcells are rated to work between a minimum weight of 40 Kgs upto a maximum weight of 5000 kgs in 2 Kg Increments.
  • The Blender is drained via rear mounted actuated outlet to a feed the S/s holding bins mounted in the ground floor room below.
  • Item 2, The Blender is controlled from a Floor Mounted Control Panel that measures 1200 x 650 x 2100mm high, and weighs approx 300 kgs.
