This Pre-mix Batch Weighing machine is mounted on 3 Load cells, supported off a S/s Frame, and contains in its 800 diameter x 650mm straight side S/s Mixing Vessel a Steam heated coil, and a Hi-speed mixer.
The Autoweigher is fed all the liquid premix ingredients by pumped jacketted S/s pipework and the Isomalt by a 150 diameter screw feeder.
The mixed batch of pre-mix is discharged via a bottom mounted 75mm diameter actuated valve, into the lower Premix Storage tank.
