Equipment Description:

  • Model: Fexa C5DB
  • Serial #: AD 2011
  • Year of manufacture: 2002
  • GUK pre-folded leaflet inserter (pick &place)
  • Running reverse tuck cartons
  • Single push station
  • Loading small trays in to cartons (loads two small trays per carton and loads two cartons at a time)
  • Ink embossing station
  • Laetus barcode scanning system with automatic reject
  • Machine was running at a speed of approx. 45 cartons per minute
  • Maximum speed (from manufacture's literature) is approx. 120 cycles per minute
  • Approximate carton dimensions the machine is running: 6-1/8" long x 4-5/8" wide x 1-15/16" high
  • Machine has been well maintained
  • Unit is currently still installed and running at sellers facility
  • The machine will not be avail. for release until May of 2011 (depending on production scedule that is subject to change)
  • Machine is used for a seasonal product and the line is only run for approx. four months a year. The rest of the time it is idle.
