This lot is being sold "as is, where is". We recommend that you contact an EquipNet sales representative to set up your own inspection. This item is located in the USA.

We have a Thermo Nicolet Impact 410 FTIR Spectrophotometer, with a rare Video Imaging Microscope, and system accessories...all with complete documentation. Appearance is LIKE NEW. The essential model numbers are : #912A0361 Impact 410 Spectrometer #912A0370 InspectIR-FTIR Microsampling and Video Imaging Accessory (NTSC Version) Impact Right Side" This information from the original invoice (copy attached) dated 2/15/96 that shows the original purchase price as $43,578.55. We are only the second owner, and the equipment was not used here at all -- only tested and stored. All of the items that we are offering are available as images (here, and more by email), and those items are described on the accompanying invoice. Added is the lab table shown in photo. Our only reference for market value of a similarly complete system (including the video imaging microscope) is from a current ad at http://gmi-inc.com/AnyLab/nicoletimpact400.htm . See also the accompanying service ticket dated 1/9/03 and showing the result of a technician's evaluation of the equipment. The equipment has simply been in clean storage during the time that we’ve owned it. The equipment was actually used only a couple of times at Timex, the only other owner, and not here at all…only stored as surplus. Its appearance is absolutely pristine. You can see from the service ticket that it can use some adjustment or minor service, but that it is operational. It could benefit from a modern computer, and the addition of spectral libraries which were not supplied with the original system. We have not set a price at this time, so we'll can entertain offers.
