Equipment Description:

(2)USED: KHD Humbolt Wedag decanter centrifuges, type S3-1-01, 316 (1.4571/1.4463) stainless steel construction on product contact areas. Max bowl speed 2200 rpm with a 27.75 hp/18.5 kw-220/440 volt-60 cycle-3 ph main drive motor. The bowls are 520mm in diameter, Complete with gearbox, a 10 h.p. viscotherm hydraulic back drive for auto scroll torque and speed adjustment, casing / cover, sub-base, frame. Overall dimensions:12'4" long x 5'2" wide x 3'6" high (3800mm long x 1600mm wide x 1100mmhigh). The units include all electrical control panels, were new in 1989, service and maintained on a regular basis.

  5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, Pacific Process - Medford, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
  6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
  7. Certificate holder is JJSI and Pacific Process - Medford
  8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
