  • The Rotating Drum Screen is fitted with a 90 degree reduction gearbox & 440v 60Hz 3 Phase Drive Motor.
  • The Top of the Drum Screen is fitted with lifting eyes at each end of the unit.

    4. It is agreed that JJSI, 3D Corporate Solutions - Monett and its affiliates are included as Additional Named Insureds
    5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, 3D Corporate Solutions - Monett, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
    6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
    7. Certificate holder is JJSI and 3D Corporate Solutions - Monett
    8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
