PICK AND PLACE ROBOTIC ARM

CAPACITY: 6 CUPS PER DIE



  • Previous application was for small 4oz and 7oz cups, and also did 8oz bowls. Tooling included for both items. The 4 and 7oz is the same
    tool.



  • The robotic arm picked the cups up from the indexing conveyor and placed them in a sealing platen which then rotated into the sealing chamber, then rotated again to a pick area where the Robotic arm picked the cups out of the seal platen and placed onto a outfeed conveyor. The arm had two pick heads on it so it was picking and placing at the same time. 6
    cups on each pick and place, 12 total.
